Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in managing marketplace operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring listings are optimized and accounts run smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair marketplaces
• Perform account updates and maintenance tasks for multiple client accounts
• Handle spreadsheet uploads and data management with attention to detail
• Conduct initial listing setup work for new client onboarding
• Monitor client accounts and implement necessary changes as needed
• Provide maintenance support and proactive notifications for account activities
• Serve as quality control with an additional set of eyes on all client work
• Collaborate directly with agency owners on account strategy and execution

Requirements:

• Experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms, particularly Amazon
• Strong attention to detail for listing creation and account management
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data uploads
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• Bonus if you have familiarity with Walmart and Wayfair marketplaces
