Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to support our growing business. This role combines online marketplace management with operational coordination, ensuring smooth product listings, accurate order tracking, and efficient supply chain processes.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK Time with 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce & Listings
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across multiple online platforms (e.g. marketplaces, websites, retail portals)
- Optimize listings for accuracy, consistency, and performance
- Maintain product data, pricing, and stock information across channels
- Work with platforms such as Mirakl (preferred)
Purchase Order & Inventory Coordination
- Track and manage purchase orders from placement through to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely production and dispatch
- Monitor stock levels and update internal systems accordingly
Logistics & Delivery Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule container deliveries and inbound shipments
- Communicate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers
- Ensure all shipments are tracked and delivered on time
Finance & Invoice Control
- Review and reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
Data & Reporting
- Use Excel (advanced level preferred) for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems
- Support operational improvements through data insights
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Has Amazon listing experience
- Experience with Mirakl or similar marketplace platforms (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain roles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for supplier and internal coordination
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-channel e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with logistics, freight, or import/export processes
- Understanding of inventory and order management systems
