Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive B2B Appointment Setter to join their growing team. In this role, you will focus on lead generation and appointment setting by reaching out to various business sectors, including trades, real estate, and service industries. You will work closely with the two founders to identify businesses in need of web development or AI chatbot solutions and bridge the gap between their current online presence and their potential for growth.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AEST/AEDT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to businesses across various industries, including plumbers, tradies, real estate agencies, and beauty salons
• Research and identify businesses without websites or with outdated/problematic websites
• Set appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team
• Research the company’s service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions during calls
• Work from the provided spreadsheets of target businesses in different towns and regions
• Evaluate potential clients’ current website status and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and comfortable with cold calling
• Ability to research and understand web development services and AI chatbot solutions
• Experience with or willingness to learn soft phone/dialer systems
• Basic understanding of websites and online business presence

• Focus on appointment setting and lead generation activities
• Target various business sectors, including trades, real estate, and service industries
• Work with the provided lead lists and spreadsheets

Side Note

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
