Job Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist you will build and qualify outbound pipeline using Apollo, targeted outreach and data‑driven strategies to support revenue growth. You will play a key role in scaling the company’s market presence by identifying high‑value prospects and enabling the sales team to close opportunities efficiently.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday (flexible within London business hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound lead generation campaigns using Apollo.io — list building, segmentation, enrichment, prioritisation.

  • Prospect and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.

  • Maintain high‑quality data hygiene in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).

  • Develop targeted sequences, messaging and cadences based on ICP and sector trends.

  • Book qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to closers.

  • Report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates and engagement performance.

  • Continuously optimise prospect lists and messaging based on results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Apollo.io in a lead generation or SDR capacity.

  • Track record generating high‑quality B2B pipeline in SaaS, AdTech, Martech or ecommerce tech.

  • Strong understanding of outreach best practices, sequencing, inbox deliverability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse and refine outreach strategies.

  • Comfortable working autonomously within a flexible schedule.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, advertising tech or retail solutions.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms beyond Apollo.

  • Understanding of buyer personas in digital advertising / ecommerce sectors.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
