Job Overview
You’ll play a crucial role in this company’s growth by managing their daily job acquisition process across multiple bidding platforms. This isn’t just data entry – you’re directly contributing to securing new contracts and expanding their market reach. You’ll work with established systems and templates while having the autonomy to manage your daily workflow. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) 7am - 4pm EST or 8-5 something during daytime operational hours.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily job bidding campaigns across primary and secondary platforms, processing 100-200 applications per day
- Organize and sort technician profiles by geographic coverage areas and zip codes across multiple states
- Perform systematic bulk job applications using established templates and messaging systems
- Complete 3-4 comprehensive application passes on primary platform and 1 pass on secondary platform during each shift
- Send templated outreach messages to potential clients as part of the bidding process
- Provide daily progress reports via Teams, documenting applications submitted and flagging any platform issues
- Adapt quickly when new technicians join different geographic markets or coverage areas change
- Update application processes and templates when expanding into new markets or service areas
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple web-based platforms simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple technician profiles across different geographic areas
- Reliable internet connection and proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Clear communication skills for daily reporting and coordination via Microsoft Teams
- Bonus if you have experience with job bidding platforms or marketplace applications
- It helps if you’re familiar with geographic sorting and bulk application processes
