Job Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused support specialist who can consistently deliver excellent service outside regular business hours.
You’ll be the front line of the brand, supporting customers through email and social media, helping them choose the right products, and ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience from inquiry to delivery.
Schedule: 20hrs per week, Wednesday to Sunday | Australian Western Time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Guide customers in selecting the right products based on size, material, and customization needs
- Manage and update order statuses to keep customers informed
- Use Gorgias to handle and organize customer interactions
- Coordinate with international suppliers to resolve order issues
- Monitor social media channels for messages, comments, and engagement opportunities
- Personalize template responses while maintaining a natural and human tone
- Escalate complex concerns to the business owner when needed
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone
- Experience in customer support or eCommerce is preferred
- Comfortable using tools like Richpanel or similar platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solver who can handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently
- Reliable and consistent with schedule commitments
Work Schedule (Strict Requirement)
- Fixed schedule based on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST, UTC +8)
- Work hours are scheduled outside standard business hours (AWST)
- Required to work weekends
- This role is not flexible. Applicants must be fully available during assigned shifts
