Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly empathetic and intelligent Property Owner Relations Specialist (Outbound) with a strong background in real estate to engage with distressed property owners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with tact and understanding.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to property owners.
- Engage with distressed owners who may be in difficult situations and in denial.
- Build rapport and open up conversations with sensitivity and a good vibe.
- Guide clients to open up and facilitate positive outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in real estate is essential, including knowledge of industry terms.
- Proficient in English communication for professional contexts.
- Demonstrates strong ability to articulate and convey information accurately and understandably
- Ability to be sensitive and intelligent in interactions.
- Empathetic approach to client communication.
