Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Review and process customer service request forms submitted through the company website
- Generate detailed, technical quotes including service SKUs, required parts lists, and custom tuning options
- Respond professionally to customer emails and technical inquiries about suspension services
- Manage customer service communications and follow-up throughout the service process
- Handle phone calls and provide customer support when integrated with company phone systems
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service requests in the company CRM
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex inquiries requiring specialized suspension expertise
- Learn and apply technical product knowledge to provide accurate service recommendations
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge with Mountain Bike suspension is a must for customer inquiries
- Strong written communication skills for professional customer correspondence
- Experience with CRM systems, email management, and administrative software
- Detail-oriented approach to generating accurate quotes and service specifications
- Experience in outdoor sports, cycling, or the technical product industries is an advantage
- Comfortable learning specialized terminology and technical processes
