We are looking for a driven and commercially minded professional to join our team as a Lost Buyer Reactivation Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities, rebuilding connections, and making a measurable impact on business growth. You’ll play a key role in turning dormant relationships into active partnerships, contributing directly to revenue generation while working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to lapsed buyers who purchased medical equipment in 2025 but have not returned in 2026
  • Identify reasons for customer disengagement and categorize buyer intent as high, medium, or low priority
  • Re-establish relationships with dormant accounts and educate them on additional product channels and services
  • Facilitate warm transfers to product managers for high-intent buyers ready to purchase
  • Collect customer feedback on pricing, quality, and competitive positioning to inform internal strategy
  • Maintain accurate call records and update buyer status in shared tracking systems

Scope of Role

  • Manage outreach to a database of 5,000+ lapsed buyers across domestic and international markets
  • Work closely with one of four product managers in a 1:1 alignment model
  • Execute re-engagement campaigns using call scripts, email follow-ups, and SMS touchpoints
  • Target 80-120 calls per cycle with expected conversion and reactivation opportunities
  • Operate within a 90-day performance probation period with clear KPIs
  • Adapt communication approach for international buyers, including those in Mexico, Latin America, India, and Pakistan

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years Proven B2B sales, lead generation, or outreach experience 
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency required due to a significant Latin American customer base
  • Comfort navigating objections and re-engaging clients who may have switched to competitors
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
