Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Legal Administrative Coordinator to provide reliable backend and administrative support to their legal team. In this role, you will manage calendars, handle client intake, and ensure that legal documents are prepared and organized with high accuracy. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote team environment.

Our client is a well-established, full-service law firm founded in 2004, known for delivering high-quality, tailored legal solutions across commercial law, litigation, property, insolvency, and wills and estates. Led by their Principal, the firm combines deep legal expertise with a strong commitment to responsive, personalized client service. Beyond legal services, the firm is also dedicated to community impact through pro bono work and support for charitable organizations.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT, with 1 hour unpaid break. Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT, with 30-minute unpaid break (Compensation provided until 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and email communications efficiently.
  • Handle client intake, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare, format, and organize legal documents with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage files, including electronic filing using Actionstep or similar systems.
  • Assist with billing processes and payment tracking.
  • Provide reliable backend and administrative support to the legal team.
  • Support day-to-day operations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Background or experience in legal administration, legal studies, or relevant experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and file management.
  • Experience with legal software/tools (e.g., Actionstep or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a remote environment while also being capable of working independently.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
