We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to engage with prospective students and support them through the enrollment journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.
You will play a key role in driving student enrollment by following up on inbound leads, providing accurate and engaging course information, and guiding candidates through a structured admissions process.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time), with a 30-minute paid break

🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Engage with and follow up on inbound leads generated through Facebook and Google ad campaigns
- Build rapport with prospective students and understand their educational and career goals
- Effectively convert leads into enrollments by providing tailored guidance and support
🔹 Course Advisory & Student Support
- Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about vocational courses
- Explain government funding eligibility, requirements, and processes in a simple and professional manner
- Address inquiries and objections with confidence and empathy
🔹 Enrollment Process Management
- Guide students through a multi-step enrollment process
- Schedule and coordinate Pre-Training Review (PTR) tests
- Ensure all required documentation and steps are completed accurately and efficiently
🔹 CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Track lead progress, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Ensure data integrity and proper documentation of all interactions
🔹 Performance & Targets
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
- Contribute to overall team and organizational growth through consistent performance
🔹 Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Australian-based team to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate effectively across time zones and departments
- Provide feedback and insights to improve processes and lead conversion strategies
🔹 Continuous Learning & Improvement
- Stay updated on course offerings, government funding criteria, and industry trends
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques
✅ Requirements
🔹 Experience
- Proven experience in telesales, admissions, or customer-facing sales roles
- Experience handling inbound leads and converting them into sales/enrollments
- Background in education, training, or RTO environment is highly advantageous
🔹 Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to explain complex information (e.g., funding eligibility) in a clear and simple way
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
🔹 Technical Skills
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools
