Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Execute both sourcing/recruiting and lead generation functions across wellness industry
  • Manage dual pipelines: candidate pipeline for wellness professionals and prospect pipeline for business clients
  • Source health education specialists and group fitness instructors across multiple US locations
  • Conduct cold outreach for both candidate sourcing and business development
  • Qualify candidates through structured communication and verify certifications
  • Identify and connect with potential business clients based on ideal client profiles
  • Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects for leadership team
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking both candidates and prospects
  • Allocate time effectively between recruiting activities and business development outreach

Requirements

  • Experience in both recruitment/sourcing AND lead generation/business development preferred
  • Strong experience in at least one area with willingness to learn and develop skills in the other
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities to handle dual responsibilities
  • Proficiency with multiple outreach channels and CRM systems
  • Self-directed with ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Understanding of both talent acquisition and sales processes
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of health and wellness industry certifications
  • It helps if you’re familiar with corporate wellness services and fitness industry

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
