Job Description: You’ll own the social media presence for two thriving yoga studios, blending your marketing expertise with aesthetic creativity to drive lead generation and community growth. Working closely with an in-house content creator, you’ll have the autonomy to develop strategies that generate real business results while maintaining the feminine, beautiful aesthetic that defines this wellness brand. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media posting and community engagement across platforms for two studio locations
- Upload daily class schedules for both studios (minimum 5 days per week)
- Create and edit visually stunning content using Canva and design tools
- Collaborate with content creator to transform raw footage into polished, engaging posts
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars at least one month in advance
- Implement lead generation strategies focused on page growth and customer acquisition
- Write compelling captions incorporating strategic keywords for maximum organic reach
- Coordinate content strategy meetings and planning sessions with team members
- Handle initial onboarding and system setup to establish efficient workflows
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong aesthetic sense with ability to create feminine, beautiful content that converts
- Proficiency in Canva and content editing tools
- Experience writing engaging captions and implementing keyword strategies for growth
- Understanding of lead generation tactics and social media growth strategies
- Strong organizational skills for calendar planning and content scheduling
- Bonus if you have experience in health and wellness or lifestyle industries
