Our client is looking for a strategic and engagement-focused Social Media Specialist to drive the growth of a nationwide real estate photography application. This is a high-impact, part-time role centered on turning Instagram into a lead-generation engine. You will be responsible for a dual-track strategy: executing paid advertising campaigns to reach brokerages and realtors, while simultaneously building an organic community through high-touch engagement.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, Flexible within Central Standard Time (CST) business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Manage and execute Instagram ad campaigns, overseeing budget allocation and performance tracking to target realtors and brokerages.
- Organic Growth: Implement a "community-first" strategy by following target accounts, engaging in meaningful commenting, and building rapport with industry professionals.
- Content Management: Schedule and post high-quality content using existing video assets and graphics provided by the client.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop a structured social media roadmap to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximized reach.
- Operational Support: Assist with the technical workflow of downloading and uploading images through editing suites and delivery platforms as the user base grows.
Requirements
- Proven Ad Experience: Demonstrated track record of managing paid social media campaigns with direct responsibility for execution and results.
- Instagram Mastery: Strong knowledge of both organic growth tactics (community building) and the technical side of the Instagram ad platform.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during a flexible daily 4-hour window.
- Communication: Clear written English skills for professional engagement and caption writing.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Real Estate clients or a strong understanding of realtor/brokerage marketing needs (Highly Regarded).
- Background in content planning and social media strategy development (A Significant Plus).
- Familiarity with image hosting or content delivery platforms (Preferred).
