Job Overview

This is a foundational role within the Data Quality Control team, focused on high-volume data processing and real-time accuracy to ensure jurisdictional compliance. You will act as an "ambassador" for Data Quality, identifying and reporting Information Security and operational risks while performing precise entry and maintenance of contract partner data and correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Core Function: Precise entry and maintenance of contract partner data and correspondence (paper/electronic).
  • Research & Validation: Performs independent research via third-party sources to identify data trends, weaknesses, and remediation efforts.
  • Risk Management: Identifies and reports Information Security and operational risks within the work area.
  • Collaboration: Communicates effectively with third-party inspection companies.
  • Documentation: Develops "personal documentation" for tasks as a self-starter.

Requirements

  • System Navigation: High technical aptitude for navigating digital environments and Electronic Records Management (ERM) systems.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel, for managing high volumes of records.
  • Logical Thinking: Ability to understand system structures to troubleshoot and solve data-related problems.
  • Key Competencies: Ability to manage high-volume workflows under strict timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Data or Records Management preferred.
  • Education: Degree or Certification in Data Management is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with NFPA Codes and fire safety systems to ensure data entries align with regulatory standards.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
