Job Overview
We are hiring a multifaceted Graphic Designer with deep experience in the tech and SaaS space. This is not a generalist creative role — we need someone who thinks in systems, obsesses over brand consistency, and understands how design drives conversion and user behavior.
You will own the visual output across all LockedIn AI touchpoints: marketing and social assets, paid ad creatives, landing page design, and Figma documentation of our product's UI features. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and are expected to bring opinions — not just execute briefs.

Responsibilities
- Brand & Visual Identity: Own and enforce LockedIn AI's visual brand system (typography, color palette, iconography, etc.) and maintain a living brand style guide in Figma.
- Marketing & Social Media Graphics: Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok; create templated design systems in Figma for the social team.
- Paid Ad Creatives: Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and TikTok using conversion-focused design principles.
- Landing Page & Web Design: Produce high-fidelity Figma mockups for landing pages and web assets centered on clear hierarchy and SaaS best practices.
- Figma UI Documentation: Access the LockedIn AI app directly to translate features into structured, well-organized Figma files and component libraries.
- Creative Direction: Proactively bring design ideas to the team and push back on briefs that will not work with constructive alternative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a significant portion in tech, SaaS, or software companies.
- Figma Expert Level: Mastery of auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
- Conversion Design Understanding: Ability to articulate why a layout works or doesn't beyond aesthetics.
- Strong Brand Systems Thinking: Experience building and enforcing design systems.
- Portfolio: Must include real SaaS or tech marketing work (landing pages, ad creatives, and product-adjacent design).
- Exceptional Communication: Clear writing, prompt responses, and proactive flagging of blockers.
Qualifications
- Experience reverse-engineering a live app and producing Figma documentation independently.
- Motion design or basic animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, or Figma prototyping).
- Familiarity with SaaS product UI patterns (modals, onboarding flows, dashboards).
- Experience designing for performance marketing and understanding of creative fatigue.
- Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) as a complement to Figma.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
