Job Description:

You’ll be the operational backbone supporting day-to-day administration across multiple business lines while contributing to social media presence. This role offers incredible variety, direct access to business ownership, and the opportunity to grow alongside expanding ventures. You’ll handle everything from customer communications to booking management, with the flexibility to work during UK business hours while supporting an international operation.

Client Overview:

Join a dynamic entrepreneur managing three exciting ventures across specialized logistics, healthy meal delivery, and specialty coffee retail. With operations spanning London and international markets, you’ll gain exposure to diverse industries while helping streamline operations for a rapidly growing business portfolio that values long-term partnerships and ethical business practices.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (20 hours per week)

Independent Contractor Perks:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and general administrative tasks across three business entities
  • Handle booking coordination and scheduling for lifting services and meal delivery operations
  • Take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries during UK business hours
  • Manage WhatsApp communications and maintain customer service channels
  • Create and schedule Instagram posts and basic social media content
  • Support Google Business Profile management and updates across multiple brands
  • Coordinate operations between LevelLifts (lifting services), BowlButler (meal delivery), and Chaska (coffee business)
  • Provide administrative support for customer service and operational workflows

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with administrative tasks and customer service
  • Proficiency with email, WhatsApp, and basic office software
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple business contexts
  • Ability to work UK afternoon hours with a reliable internet connection
  • Bonus if you have basic social media management experience
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with Instagram and Google Business platforms
  • Bonus if you have experience supporting small business operations
