Job Overview

This is a part-time role at 20 hours per week, focused on managing social media content creation, editing, and posting across multiple platforms. You will handle backend administrative tasks including email management, database updates, and client outreach while working remotely with flexible scheduling to align with business needs. You will be expected to report on KPIs including content output, engagement metrics, and client outreach results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to email correspondence and Instagram direct messages on behalf of the business
  • Edit and post Instagram reels with engaging, on-brand copywriting
  • Maintain and update the client database with new and past client information
  • Coordinate and manage the Calendly booking system to ensure seamless client scheduling
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to past and prospective clients via email and social media
  • Support content planning and posting across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to grow brand presence

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in fashion, styling, or service-based industries
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging captions and content
  • Proficiency in managing email systems and client communication with professionalism
  • Experience building and maintaining CRM or client databases
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
