Job Overview

We are a boutique growth marketing agency specializing in food, beverage, and hospitality brands, delivering branding, strategy-driven social, paid media, content, and influencer marketing to drive measurable growth and real business results.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour unpaid break (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week) EST

Responsibilities

  • Design static, animated, and short-form and long-form video creatives for food & beverage brands across social media, paid ads, websites, and in-store promotions
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid media
  • Edit food, drink, and lifestyle footage into engaging, platform-optimized content
  • Adapt creatives for organic and paid placements
  • Collaborate with growth marketers to translate promotions, launches, and campaigns into compelling visuals
  • Iterate and improve creatives based on performance feedback and platform trends
  • Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting deadlines
  • Able to quickly jump into U.S. social media trends and adapt them into on-brand visuals and videos
  • Strong understanding of U.S. trends, memes, humor, and short-form video culture
  • Ability to translate trending formats into engaging, funny, and brand-appropriate content for food & beverage brands

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing
  • Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling and social media best practices
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
  • Strong attention to detail, pacing, layout, and typography
  • Tools & Skills:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
    • Video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
    • Canva for collaborative templates and quick-turn assets
    • Deep Understanding of platform-native tools for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
    • Experience using AI creative tools to enhance speed and quality (Image generation, AI-assisted editing, captioning, etc.)
  • Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
