Our client is looking for Appointment Setters to support a call center operation booking appointments for insurance sales agents. This role involves making outbound calls using provided scripts and software to schedule appointments with qualified leads. Client Overview

Our client operates a virtual high-ticket sales insurance company focused on life insurance products. The company is in a rapid growth phase with plans to scale operations significantly across multiple agencies.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time (shift schedule to be determined), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls using company-provided software and follow scripted conversations to engage potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments directly into agent calendars using the designated booking system.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments within the company software platform.
  • Ensure all scheduled appointments are with genuinely interested and qualified prospects.
  • Maintain consistent performance standards and meet appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency for clear communication with clients.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting or outbound calling roles.
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistency with low turnover history in previous positions.
  • Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours with flexible scheduling availability.
  • Trustworthy work ethic with commitment to honest reporting and quality appointment generation.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Background working in high-ticket sales environments or supporting sales teams.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
