Job Overview

You’ll be instrumental in launching a transformative group coaching program that will help wellness entrepreneurs achieve breakthrough growth. This role puts you at the center of a business evolution, where your marketing expertise will directly impact how wellness founders scale their businesses. You’ll work closely with an experienced consultant who understands the wellness industry and is expanding her reach to help more entrepreneurs succeed.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week) flexible during client business hours

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Sydney)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create compelling sales collateral and marketing materials for group coaching launches
  • Design and implement high-converting lead magnets to attract wellness entrepreneurs
  • Set up and optimize webinar marketing campaigns and sales funnels
  • Build visual assets and branded content using design tools
  • Support the strategic transition from individual to group coaching offerings
  • Collaborate on content creation that resonates with wellness e-commerce founders
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance to maximize lead generation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in wellness, coaching, or e-commerce industries
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms and content creation strategies
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of webinar platforms and automated marketing sequences
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for visual asset creation
  • Excellent copywriting skills with ability to speak to wellness entrepreneurs
  • Bonus if you have experience with GoHighLevel, Meta ads, or Google advertising platforms
  • It helps if you understand coaching business models and sales processes
