Job Overview

Our client is looking for an independent and experienced Marketing Designer to work directly with their Agency Lead. In this role, you will create designs for 5 to 6 different brands, ranging from start-ups to large global businesses. This position covers a wide breadth of design work. You will be handling everything from product rendering, flyers, and brochures, right through to high-level company presentations. A major focus of this role is having a deep understanding of Google Slides; our client needs someone who can take standard presentation formats and turn them into exceptional visuals.

This is a fast-paced role. You will need to take a brief, understand it within an hour, and manage the project from start to finish. You will be expected to improve overall design quality while making sure all graphics stay consistent with each brand's style.

Responsibilities

• Wide Breadth of Design: Produce a large variety of marketing materials, moving smoothly between product renders, printed flyers, detailed brochures, and digital assets.
• Exceptional Presentations: Act as our client’s in-house expert for presentation design. You will build and format company introductions, investor decks, and event slides, turning basic information into outstanding visual stories.
• Partner with the Lead: Work closely with the Agency Lead to design high-quality materials across the brand portfolio.
• Brand Quality & Consistency: Look for ways to improve brand visuals, while making sure all marketing materials match the brand guidelines perfectly.
• Fast & Independent Work: Manage your own time and work independently. You will be given tasks and expected to deliver them quickly and to a high standard.
• Data Graphics: Turn numbers, charts, and data into simple, easy-to-read graphics for presentations.

Requirements

• Deep Google Slides Expertise: A high-level understanding of Google Slides and presentation formats. You must prove your ability to turn standard slides into exceptional visual assets.
• Broad Design Experience: A strong portfolio showing a wide range of work, specifically flyers, brochures, and presentation decks.
• Product Rendering: Experience creating product renders using tools like Pacdora, Photoshop (PSD) templates, or similar software.
• Data Visualisation: The ability to design clear charts and present statistics engagingly.
• Self-Motivated: A strong ability to work on your own. You can take a brief and run with it without needing close supervision.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Web Design: Experience designing websites, especially using platforms like Wix Studio.
• Social Media: Experience creating eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
