Job Overview
Our client is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative – B2B Appointments to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments to drive business growth. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing directly to the sales pipeline of a professional B2B organization.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
- Qualify leads based on specific business criteria
- Schedule appointments and discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Meet or exceed established daily and weekly outreach targets
- Communicate value propositions clearly to key decision-makers
- Manage follow-up communications to ensure high appointment show rates
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
