They solve a critical market problem by connecting business owners with expert brokers who understand commercial finance, preventing costly credit score damage from inexperienced mortgage brokers. Schedule

  • Flexible during client business hors ( AEST) (20 hours per week, with potential to scale to 40 hours)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses to generate qualified leads for asset finance and business loans
  • Qualify prospects using provided scripts and question sets to ensure leads meet immediate funding needs
  • Gather complete information for all required qualification questions before submitting leads
  • Distinguish between actionable leads (immediate needs) and future inquiries
  • Achieve target of 7 qualified leads per week
  • Follow up on incomplete submissions until all required information is collected
  • Work within established call-to-lead conversion metrics (targeting 2-3 leads per 8 calls)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the finance industry (essential requirement)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Understanding of business finance concepts and terminology
  • Ability to work independently without hand-holding or extensive training
  • Resilience and perseverance for outbound calling activities
  • Knowledge of when to optimally time calls based on finance industry experience

Qualifications

  • Experience with the Australian finance market is preferred
