Job Description:

You’ll be the driving force behind a growing health and beauty brand’s marketing strategy, taking ownership of multi-platform campaigns that directly impact sales growth. This isn’t just about posting content—you’ll be analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and scaling marketing efforts across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and social media platforms. You’ll have access to AI-powered content creation tools and templates to maximize your efficiency while focusing on what matters most: generating measurable sales results. This performance-based role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities for rate increases and full-time conversion based on your ability to drive the company’s ambitious sales targets.

Client Overview:

A rapidly growing health and beauty brand that launched in September 2025 and has already built a catalog of 450+ premium products across vitamins, supplements, skincare, haircare, and wellness products. They’re scaling to 1,000+ products through strategic brand partnerships and expanding from Amazon and Shopify to TikTok Shop and Walmart. This performance-driven company is focused on scaling from their current 3-4 daily orders to 20-30+ orders per day, with long-term goals of reaching 100+ daily orders.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 13:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule 5-10 engaging social media posts daily across Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms
  • Develop and execute organic marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize product listings and marketing strategies across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop platforms
  • Monitor and analyze conversion rates, click-through rates, and sales performance metrics to identify what’s working
  • Conduct ongoing campaign analytics and keyword management to optimize ad spend and performance
  • Use AI-powered content creation platforms and existing templates to maximize efficiency and output

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record of generating sales through e-commerce marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop platforms and their marketing tools
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads, is a plus
  • Proficiency in content creation for social media platforms and understanding of what drives engagement
  • Strong English communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration
  • Experience with keyword management, campaign optimization, and performance analytics
  • Bonus if you have SEO expertise and experience with organic traffic generation
  • It helps if you have experience integrating multiple e-commerce platforms and managing cross-channel sales data
