You’ll be the digital voice for multiple exciting hospitality venues, creating engaging content that showcases vibrant dining and nightlife experiences across Southern California. This growing company values creativity and resourcefulness while maintaining strong connections with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Schedule
For Full-Time roles: - Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (California), with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Manage social media posting and engagement across 9 different restaurant, bar, and nightclub accounts
- Monitor and respond to Yelp reviews and online reputation management
- Analyze website metrics and provide actionable insights on digital performance
- Handle all online customer inquiries, reservations, and general questions in both English and Spanish
- Create engaging video content and reels using provided raw photography and videography materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting messaging for each unique venue
- Track and report on social media performance and customer engagement metrics
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple hospitality brands
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual requirement for Cuban restaurant locations)
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong knowledge of website analytics and performance metrics
- Experience creating video content, reels, and engaging social media posts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bonus: Hospitality or restaurant industry experience
- Bonus: Familiarity with Yelp business management and online review platforms
- Bonus: Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
