Job Overview

You’ll step into a pivotal role where marketing strategy meets client relationship excellence. This isn’t just about executing campaigns—you’ll own the strategic vision that takes projects from initial concept to complete success. You’ll become the trusted advisor that small business owners turn to for guidance, helping them understand not just what they need, but why they need it. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape both client success and agency growth while transitioning from part-time to full-time as you prove your impact.

Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Thursday 9am-2pm

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic client calls and meetings to diagnose business needs and provide actionable marketing guidance
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients through consultative selling and relationship building
  • Listen actively to client conversations and translate unspoken needs into comprehensive marketing recommendations
  • Facilitate client meetings with a relationship-oriented approach, ensuring every client feels heard and supported
  • Coordinate and communicate with marketing specialists across disciplines (social media, web development, email marketing)
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions to streamline operations
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure projects move from initial concept to full completion
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results
  • Support business development initiatives to grow the agency’s client base

Requirements:

  • Strong background in both marketing and sales with proven client-facing experience
  • Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail, especially for reading between the lines with client needs
  • Strategic thinking ability with operations experience preferred
  • Experience working with diverse small business clients who require marketing education and guidance
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings and client calls with a proactive, accessible communication style
  • Relationship-oriented approach to client management and business development
  • Generalist knowledge across various marketing tools and platforms
  • Website management knowledge and experience
  • Bonus if you have GoHighLevel CRM experience
  • It helps if you can communicate effectively with marketing specialists across different disciplines
