Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day functions of a fast-paced environment. This role requires a "Swiss Army Knife" professional who can seamlessly pivot between high-level digital marketing, complex scheduling, and backend operational management.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: Flexible within client’s business hours, London, UK time (4 hours per day/20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Operations & Project Management
- Systems Mastery: Advanced management of GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, CRM triggers, and funnel optimization.
- Project Oversight: Manage in-house projects and coordinate with 3rd-party AI suppliers and external partners; ensure all deliverables meet strict KPIs.
- Human-AI Synthesis: Utilize AI for high-volume output (Video/PPT/Design) but step in to provide manual refinement to ensure 100% accuracy and professional "human" quality.
- Logistics & Payments: Coordinate complex schedules for staff and transport partners; oversee booking platforms and Stripe processing.
2. Content & High-Volume Media
- Video & Visuals: Execute high-volume video creation/editing (for training/webinars) and graphic design using tools such as Freepik, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, and other emerging AI media suites.
- Presentations: Build professional, data-driven PowerPoint decks and e-commerce assets with speed and aesthetic excellence.
- Independent Research: Stay ahead of the curve by independently researching and testing new AI tools to solve operational bottlenecks.
3. Marketing, Recruitment & Communication
- AI Recruitment: Support recruitment by managing AI-driven hiring solutions, filtering candidates on platforms like Indeed, and optimizing the talent pipeline.
- Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact. Requires elite English writing and grammar; you must be well-spoken, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy people.
- Campaign Oversight: Monitor social media scheduling and digital ad performance.
Candidate Requirements
- The "Precision" Factor: Ability to identify and fill the "gaps" left by AI to ensure a polished, professional end product.
- Tech Stack: Expert in GoHighLevel and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint). Highly proficient in AI prompt engineering.
- Adaptive Thinker: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sectors and shifting priorities independently.
- Analytics Mindset: Comfortable with reporting, tracking KPIs, and managing supplier performance.
- English Mastery: Superior written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
