Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day functions of a fast-paced environment. This role requires a "Swiss Army Knife" professional who can seamlessly pivot between high-level digital marketing, complex scheduling, and backend operational management.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: Flexible within client’s business hours, London, UK time (4 hours per day/20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Lead Gen: Create AI-assisted advertisements; generate and qualify leads; manage social media content scheduling.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex schedules for staff, tour guides, and transportation partners.
  • Sales & Support: Handle inbound calls and appointment setting; serve as the primary client contact; maintain customer satisfaction reporting.
  • Technical Management: Oversee booking platforms, manage Stripe payment processing, and ensure e-commerce tools are functioning optimally.
  • Administrative Support: Support recruitment processes (job postings on Indeed, etc.) and oversee general project workflows.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following specific criteria:

  • GoHighLevel Expert: Advanced proficiency in GHL is non-negotiable (HubSpot experience is a plus, but GHL is the priority).
  • AI Power User: Proficient with AI tools for high-quality imagery, dynamic PowerPoint presentations, and rapid content generation.
  • Operational Pro: Ability to take over complex operational tasks with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Industry Skills: Proven experience with digital marketing, payment processing (Stripe), and recruitment platforms (Indeed).
  • Communication: Outstanding customer service skills with a professional, proactive communication style.
  • Work Environment: Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
