Job Description:
You’ll be the driving force behind a strategic LinkedIn growth initiative for an established leadership development company. This isn’t about pushing sales messages—you’ll build genuine relationships with HR leaders, learning & development directors, and executives at target organizations. You’ll help connect transformational leadership content with the right decision-makers, playing a key role in expanding long-term client partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to start part-time and grow into a full-time position as the LinkedIn strategy scales.
Client Overview:
A growing leadership development company that transforms medium to large organizations through high-impact keynotes, executive coaching, and group development programs. They’re strategically expanding their long-term client relationships and have established success with their existing LinkedIn presence that they want to systematically scale.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (US Central Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify HR leaders, L&D directors, event planners, and executives at target companies within defined ideal customer profiles
- Send personalized connection requests and relationship-building messages focused on authentic networking rather than direct sales
- Monitor prospect activity and engage meaningfully with their LinkedIn content through thoughtful comments and interactions
- Enter qualified prospects and conversation details into the HubSpot CRM system with proper pipeline management
- Research speaking opportunities, conferences, and events where prospects seek leadership development, speakers
- Tag leads and opportunities in HubSpot while maintaining accurate sales pipeline updates
- Provide weekly reporting on key metrics, including prospects researched, connections made, engagement activities, and opportunities identified
- Repurpose existing video content transcripts into engaging infographics, written posts, and other LinkedIn content formats
- Collaborate with the internal team to transition qualified leads into the sales process
- Maintain a relationship-first approach that lets content demonstrate value rather than direct selling
Requirements:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional relationship building
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms
- Strong research skills for identifying and qualifying prospects in B2B environments
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging, authentic LinkedIn messages and content
- Content creation abilities for repurposing materials into various visual and written formats
- Understanding of B2B relationship building and professional networking best practices
- Bonus if you have experience in leadership development, corporate training, or professional services industries
- It helps if you’re familiar with speaking bureau processes or event planning workflows
