Our client is looking for a high-energy cold caller to serve as the crucial first point of contact for property owners. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial interest and a closed deal by working with warm leads to schedule meaningful conversations for the sales team.
Client Overview
A growing real estate and mortgage investment group who pride themselves on established lead-generation systems and a supportive management structure. Unlike traditional "cold calling" roles, this team focuses on warm leads, allowing you to spend your time having productive conversations rather than fighting through stone-cold prospecting.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement: Make outbound calls to sellers using provided warm lead lists and established scripts to identify motivation.
- Appointment Setting: Book high-quality appointments for real estate agents through efficient, persuasive conversations.
- Lead Management: Work within dialer systems and CRM tools to track call flow, outcomes, and appointment statuses.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking customers to maximize market reach.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report daily KPIs to management, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Seamless Handoffs: Ensure all qualified appointments are passed to the appropriate agents with accurate notes for a smooth closing process.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Previous background in cold calling or appointment setting across any industry.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with power dialers and CRM technology platforms.
- Communication Mastery: Strong, professional phone presence with the ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging flow.
- Resilience: A self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to handle the diverse client base.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or Financial Services (Highly Regarded).
- Experience with high-volume outbound environments (Preferred).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own reliable computer and a professional-grade headset.
