Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator & Construction Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates and managing the documentation lifecycle for electrical contracting projects based in New Zealand.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM NZDT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate electrical project estimates using specialized contracting software
- Manage and organize project documentation once jobs are secured
- Handle health and safety documentation and compliance requirements
- Work with New Zealand-based electrical contracting software (training provided)
- Utilize Google Drive for file management and collaboration
- Follow up with clients and manage estimation workflows
- Support various operational processes as the business grows
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the company expands
Requirements
- 5-8 years of electrical estimating experience
- Experience with electrical estimating software (Simpro, Groundplan, or similar)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive and able to hit the ground running
- Experience with Google Drive and cloud-based collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of electrical contracting processes and documentation
