Job Description
You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for homeowners ready to transform their spaces. This isn’t just about booking meetings – you’ll engage in meaningful sales conversations about renovation projects, building rapport with prospects who have already expressed interest through the company website. You’ll work with warm leads, use your renovation industry knowledge to qualify prospects effectively, and set appointments that convert into successful sales for the field team.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break. Saturday is open to additional hours of work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from website visitors who have submitted renovation inquiries
  • Conduct knowledgeable sales conversations about kitchen, bathroom, and roofing projects
  • Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for the sales team’s home visits
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to website leads using company CRM system
  • Maintain communication with prospects via phone and WhatsApp as needed
  • Track all lead interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to ensure smooth prospect handoffs
  • Meet performance targets for appointment setting and lead conversion

Requirements
You bring proven experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing with a track record of results. Knowledge of home renovation or construction industry is essential – you understand what homeowners are looking for when they’re considering kitchen remodels, bathroom upgrades, or roofing projects. You’re comfortable with technology including CRM systems and soft phone software, have excellent communication skills, and can build rapport quickly with prospects. Bonus if you have experience with appointment setting in the home improvement space or have worked with inbound lead conversion.
