Job Description
You’ll be the central coordination hub that keeps daily cleaning operations running smoothly across multiple properties and teams. This role puts you at the heart of a growing business where your organizational skills and quick thinking directly impact client satisfaction and team success. You’ll work with cutting-edge property management platforms while building the operational foundation for a company that’s scaling rapidly in the short-term rental market.
Schedule: 40h per week - (Monday to Friday)
🇦🇺 AU time zone: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🇵🇭 PH time zone : 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track 2-3 cleaning teams (up to 6 people) throughout their daily schedules across multiple properties
- Provide real-time support via WhatsApp and other platforms for property access, keys, and operational apps
- Collect and manage linen information, property condition reports, and maintenance documentation from field teams
- Communicate directly with clients regarding property status, coordination needs, and operational updates
- Manage operations across multiple platforms including Breezyway, Hometime, and Microsoft Teams
- Document and photograph property issues, inventory concerns, and maintenance requirements
- Deliver quick problem-solving support and troubleshooting during peak operational hours
- Maintain seamless communication flow between cleaning staff, management, and property clients
- Handle multi-platform coordination for simultaneous cleaning operations across different locations
- Support operational improvements as the company transitions to more sophisticated management systems
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing coordination or operations roles with phone and digital communication
- Strong English communication skills optimized for the Australian market
- Availability to work Australian timezone hours with 12-hour daily coverage capability
- Proven experience with multi-platform communication (WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, property management software)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously
- Quick response time and agile problem-solving capabilities under pressure
- Bonus if you have experience with property management, hospitality, or short-term rental coordination
- It helps if you’re comfortable learning new technology platforms and adapting to evolving systems
