Call Management (Incoming & Outgoing Calls)
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing calls, promptly addressing patient, client, and clinic inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Initiate outbound calls to coordinate with patients, clients, and clinics as needed, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining organized and up-to-date calendars
- Handle in-clinic email and fax communications, including sending, receiving, and responding to correspondence efficiently
- Process and organize incoming faxes, ensuring accurate documentation and proper distribution
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including scan allocation and manual record management
- Support daily clinic operations by completing ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Collaborate on occasional group projects to improve clinic processes and workflow
- Assist the administrative team leader with various administrative functions and operational support
