Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM | Texas (Central Time)
• Paid hours per week: 20 Hours - possible FT available depending on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit documentation related to resident activities, behaviors, and incidents to ensure clarity and professional presentation
  
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking resident data, including admission dates, length of stay, and financial information
  
• Manage data entry and organization for base rates and payment tracking systems
  
• Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations
  
• Review written reports and documentation to improve readability and flow
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
  
• Strong proofreading and editing skills with attention to detail
  
• Experience with data entry and database management
  
• Excellent written communication skills
  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  
• Comfortable working with child welfare-related documentation
  

Scope:

• Remote work arrangement with direct communication to facility management
  
• Handle confidential information related to children in protective custody
  
• Support operations that directly impact the quality of care for vulnerable youth
  
• Flexible workload with some weeks having varying task volumes

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
