Our client is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Paid & Organic Channels) to lead full-funnel growth initiatives across paid and organic channels, focusing on driving customer acquisition, improving marketing efficiency, and building scalable growth systems. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, combining performance marketing expertise with strong data analysis capabilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent customer journey while continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and identify new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEDT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Plan and scale full-funnel campaigns across social, search, video, and display; develop growth loops including referral and product-led initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct weekly A/B testing on messaging and targeting to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Build and maintain reporting dashboards; translate complex performance data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Marketing Operations: Develop structured workflows and prompt libraries to improve the speed and scalability of marketing asset production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align growth initiatives with lifecycle marketing, SEO, product, and design teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • KPI Tracking: Monitor customer acquisition volume, ROAS, LTV/CAC ratios, and payback period performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles.
  • Proven experience managing full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of growth loops (referral, content-driven, and product-led strategies).
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and use BI platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience using GA4 or Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools for deep data analysis is a bonus.
  • Background in competitive consumer industries such as fintech, insurance, or e-commerce is a bonus.
  • Experience working with attribution models and incrementality testing is a bonus.
