Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update financial models to support project planning, cost analysis, and investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Analyze project costs, revenue, and margins to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support project managers and department heads in financial planning and reporting.
- Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and investor updates.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate data and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance, preferably in construction, real estate, or engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques. Knowledge of ERP systems (QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
