Our client is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior stakeholders, predominantly the CEO. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Queensland Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior stakeholders, predominantly the CEO
- Manage diary coordination and scheduling across the senior stakeholder suite within the organization
- Coordinate meetings with both internal teams and external enterprise-scale customers
- Handle broader administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating team events
- Create operational efficiencies across various business functions
- Support with general administrative responsibilities to reduce admin load for senior stakeholders
- Adapt to evolving role requirements as the company automates manual operational workflows
- Manage communications and scheduling that require close attention to detail for senior external enterprise customers
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and the Gmail suite (ability to coordinate diary invites from both platforms)
- Experience with Slack for team communication
- Exposure to Notion (preferred but not essential)
- AI fluency or demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in communication
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling business environments
- Flexibility to have some overlap with both Australian and US time zones
Scope
- Executive Assistant level role requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Supporting multiple senior stakeholders with a primary focus on CEO support
