Customer Support Representative - Digital Out-of-Home Advertising

Schedule: Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound inquiries, providing clear, helpful guidance and maintaining a high level of responsiveness to ensure customers feel valued and supported.
  • Oversee multiple workflows from the moment a sale is made, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
  • Facilitate the outbound delivery of completed ad materials to clients, ensuring a smooth, organized, and seamless process.
  • Use our internal proprietary tools (replacing legacy systems like Freshdesk) and monitoring dashboards to identify, categorize, and debug campaign issues.
  • Liaise with partners scheduling ads and the suppliers fulfilling them to ensure the output of our platform meets all requirements.
  • Develop a deep, "under-the-hood" understanding of our internal ad-building platform to effectively support delivery processes and debug technical roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in a TAM or Senior Project Management role within the advertising space.
  • Familiarity with DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) or the taxonomy of setting up online/out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of how web technologies work. While coding isn't required, "light" coding or web development knowledge is a significant plus for technical debugging.
  • Ability to oversee all functions of a customer support and delivery ecosystem, rather than just isolated tasks.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, specifically the ability to remain highly responsive during UK business hours.
