Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist to become a foundational member of a rapidly scaling infrared technology company. As the company aggressively scales from $200k to $1M in monthly revenue, you will have the autonomy to shape processes and ensure the brand dominates its market through service excellence where competitors consistently fail.
