Job Description

You’ll be the driving force behind this startup’s international expansion, conducting discovery calls with dental professionals and converting them into loyal subscribers. This isn’t just a sales role – you’re building the foundation for a global dental technology company. You’ll own the entire sales process from initial contact through conversion, helping dentists understand how modern SaaS solutions can transform their practice operations. With a clear goal of 500 Mexican dentist sign-ups in your first phase, you’ll have measurable impact and the opportunity to scale with the company as they expand to new markets.

Schedule

  • 9am-5pm EST - Monday to Friday; 40h per week

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct discovery calls with Mexican dental professionals to uncover practice pain points and needs
    • Sell monthly membership packages for the company’s specialized dental SaaS platform
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists throughout the entire sales cycle
    • Execute structured sales conversations using proven discovery and closing techniques
    • Work toward the strategic goal of securing 500 Mexican dentist subscribers in the initial expansion phase
    • Maintain detailed CRM records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progression
    • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy refinement and market feedback
    • Prepare for expansion into additional markets (Turkey and beyond) as the company scales

Requirements:

    • Fluent in both Spanish and English with exceptional conversational and presentation skills
    • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with preference for senior-level professionals
    • Proven track record in SaaS sales or healthcare technology sales
    • Strong understanding of complete sales processes including discovery, needs assessment, objection handling, and closing
    • Experience conducting phone-based sales calls and building rapport with prospects remotely
    • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple, compelling terms that resonate with healthcare professionals
    • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Bonus if you have experience selling to healthcare professionals or dental practices
    • It helps if you have experience with subscription-based or membership sales models
