Client Overview
The client operates a marketing services company specializing in Google and Facebook advertising combined with SaaS solutions for martial arts school owners in the United States. They provide comprehensive marketing packages including pipeline management, automation systems, and trial class booking functionality through their platform.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to martial arts school owners using provided lead lists and contact information
- Engage prospects professionally, present the marketing service value proposition, and overcome initial objections or hesitations
- Qualify leads based on business needs and interest level to ensure appointment quality
- Schedule discovery call appointments directly into the client calendar system when prospects express genuine interest
- Document call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up requirements in the designated CRM system
- Maximize conversion opportunities during the limited window when prospects answer calls
- Report on daily call metrics, appointment setting success rates, and lead quality feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling and appointment setting with measurable success metrics
- Strong communication skills with clear phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly with business owners
- Experience working with CRM systems and call dialers to manage lead lists and track outreach activities
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent call volume throughout the workday
- Fluent English communication skills with strong conversational ability suited for business-to-business discussions
Qualifications
- Previous experience selling marketing services or SaaS solutions to small business owners
- Familiarity with the martial arts industry or experience working with school owners and studio operators
- Experience closing sales or conducting discovery calls beyond initial appointment setting
- Knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising services or digital marketing concepts
