They’ve built strong relationships within senior living facilities and are ready to scale their proven service model. The business focuses on meaningful assistance that genuinely improves people’s daily lives, from seniors needing support to busy families and business owners requiring reliable help.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive prospect lists from scratch, targeting seniors and diverse demographics across Central Florida
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to introduce services and generate qualified leads
  • Book appointments and consultations for service delivery
  • Clearly communicate available services while managing expectations about scope limitations
  • Handle initial inquiries with transparency and professionalism, especially when dealing with senior clients
  • Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and track conversion metrics
  • Qualify prospects based on service fit and geographic coverage areas
  • Develop understanding of local senior living facilities, communities, and referral sources

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or customer outreach roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with seniors and various age groups
  • Professional phone manner with patience and empathy for senior clients
  • Organized approach to list building, prospect tracking, and lead management
  • Understanding of service-based business models and qualification processes
  • Bonus if you have experience with senior services, healthcare, or community-based businesses
