We are a fast-growing, technology-driven private lending company redefining access to capital for small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Australia. With a focus on speed and simplicity, we provide short-term business loans from $5,000 to $100,000 with approvals and funding in as little as two hours. • Performance Management: Establish KPIs to track partner performance, including application volume, conversion rates, and funding value. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize partner performance, and report on ROI to leadership.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning: Stay ahead of trends in the SME lending and broker landscape. Use market insights to refine partnership strategies, identify new opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Co-Marketing & Partner Enablement: Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives, training sessions, and enablement resources to empower brokers and drive lead generation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and partner experience.
