Job Overview
You’ll be the right hand to the CEO and COO, managing high-stakes investor relations and executive operations that drive business growth. This isn’t just administrative work—you’ll be creating compelling investor materials, managing critical relationships, and ensuring seamless operations for the leadership team. Your organizational skills and business acumen will be essential as you help shape how this company presents itself to investors and manages key client relationships.
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible during the afternoon

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive investor profiles and portfolios
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate high-priority meetings
- Develop professional proposals and investor-facing presentations
- Handle investor relations communications and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage Pipedrive sales processes
- Manage executive email correspondence with attention to detail
- Create concise investor background briefs and research summaries
- Update and manage LinkedIn profiles for business development
- Support customer relationship management and client tracking
- Coordinate and organize all assigned projects with precision
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Understanding of business operations and sales processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bonus if you have executive assistant experience (2-3 years preferred)
- It helps if you have Pipedrive CRM experience
- Bonus if you have experience with investor relations or business development support
