Job Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners who’ve experienced storm damage, connecting them with life-changing services that can restore their homes through insurance coverage. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll be reaching out to people in areas where hail storms have already occurred, offering genuine help during their recovery process. You’ll work with comprehensive training, proven scripts, and a supportive team that values results and recognizes top performers with performance bonuses.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm with one hour of unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in verified hail-damaged areas using company-provided data and lists
- Follow proven scripts to engage homeowners about free roof inspection services
- Schedule appointments for qualified homeowners to receive complimentary roof damage assessments
- Educate potential customers on the insurance claim process and company services
- Explain how homeowners can get roof repairs through their insurance with minimal out-of-pocket costs
- Handle various insurance scenarios, from standard deductibles to high-deductible policies
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions on company operations and appointment setting best practices
- Track appointment outcomes and maintain accurate records of call activities
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound calling, customer service, or appointment setting roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain insurance and roofing concepts clearly
- Comfort making high-volume outbound calls to homeowners
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural, empathetic conversation flow
- Experience calling into the US market preferred
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional calls
- Bonus if you have experience in insurance, restoration, or home services industries
- It helps if you’re comfortable discussing sensitive topics like storm damage with empathy
