We are a growing software service company based in Los Angeles, currently supporting around 50 customers. As we scale, we are looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative to manage our daily support and lead our relationship management efforts.
Since our current support volume is low (1–2 requests per day), this role is perfect for someone who excels at account management and proactive outreach to ensure long-term customer retention.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Anaheim, CA time); 40 hours per week

The Role
- First-Line Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.
- Product Expert: Provide guidance to help customers maximize the value of our software.
- Proactive Engagement: During low-volume periods, reach out to customers to strengthen relationships and enhance their experience.
- Feedback Loop: Conduct thorough follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and share insights with internal teams for product improvement.
- Strategy: Contribute creative ideas to boost customer engagement and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or account management, preferably within the software/SaaS industry.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative during low-volume periods.
- Exceptional communication skills and a "customer-first" mentality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on professional follow-through.
