Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Appointment Setter who can contact leads provided by the Lead Generation Specialist, attempt to schedule appointments via phone, and follow up through email if the leads cannot be reached. The role also includes conducting outbound calls to set appointments and ensuring proper communication with potential clients.

Schedule:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, or Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Central Time, 7 hours per day, 21 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Contact leads provided by the Lead Generation Specialist

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments

• Send follow-up emails to leads who cannot be reached by phone

• Maintain organized records of outreach and appointment status

• Coordinate with the office team regarding scheduled appointments

Requirements:

• Open to seeing bilingual candidates
• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound calling preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending professional emails
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
