Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to fuel their growth within the storm restoration sector. In this role, you will be the primary engine for lead generation, specifically targeting geographic areas recently affected by hail. Your mission is to conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners, educate them on the importance of roof health after a storm, and schedule a minimum of two qualified free roof inspections per day.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Colorado, USA (40 work hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls to homeowners in targeted geographic areas identified as having recent hail damage.
• Appointment Setting: Secure a minimum of two qualified free roof inspection appointments daily.
• Calendar Coordination: Access the client’s internal calendar to book appropriate time slots and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Professional Communication: Clearly convey appointment details to the homeowner and immediately notify the client via email of new bookings.
• Tech Utilization: Use VoIP software (such as JustCall) to manage remote calling and maintain high connectivity with US-based prospects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven experience specifically in appointment setting within the roofing or construction industry.
• Demonstrated track record of running successful cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport and handle common industry objections.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, quiet home office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically with hail damage or storm restoration services (Highly Regarded).
• Familiarity with VoIP platforms such as JustCall or similar dialing software (Preferred).
• Ability to work independently during Mountain Standard Time business hours with high self-motivation.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
