They are building a strong market presence and need a dedicated Sales Development Representative to connect with new retail partners and healthcare facilities throughout Australia. Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound calls to retail stores and clinics to secure product placement opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the detoxify brand, identifying high-potential partnership opportunities during initial conversations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with retail decision-makers and healthcare facility managers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Perform accurate data entry and prospect record management to ensure a clean and efficient sales funnel.
- Market Research: Identify new retail and clinic prospects for business expansion and provide insights on emerging market opportunities.
- Reporting: Track and report on daily outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales outreach strategies to improve lead generation processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Outreach.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills for phone-based prospecting and relationship management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in data management/record keeping.
- Autonomy: Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage a flexible schedule while meeting outreach targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales processes or healthcare industry knowledge is a significant bonus.
- Proven track record of navigating "gatekeepers" to reach decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a growing list of prospects across multiple Australian regions.
